My name is Daniel Litchfield, and I have 16+ years of invaluable experience in the FMCG sector, acquired through working with a diverse array of food & drink businesses. With a proven track record, I have successfully secured listings in all major UK grocery chains spanning various product categories.

My name is Daniel Litchfield.
I have over 16 years of FMCG experience in the UK grocery channel, with a background in start ups, SME's and large blue chip businesses, I have a wide knowledge base of brands, own label, manufacturing, commercial and category management.
I have worked as the Sales/Commercial Director at Scratch Meals since March 2012. Scratch was a food start up of 4 employees when I joined. To date, and being the only sales/commercial person in the business, I have gained listings with Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, Waitrose, Ocado, Iceland, Co-Op, Nisa & Budgens, across multiple FMCG categories including Ready To Cook, Pizza, Ready Meals, Soup, Desserts and Food To Go. These listings have been with established brands, new to market brands (which I helped to develop), 3rd party co-packed brands and supermarket own label ranges. These revenues enabled Scratch to purchase their own food production facility in 2016. Prior to Scratch, I worked for Coca-Cola for 4 years, benefitting from all the great training and experience working with such an iconic global blue-chip brand brings.
